Employee Open Forum Beach Cleaning Drive

Swachhata Hi Sewa - Beach Cleaning

Drive was organised by JSW Energy's
Ratnagiri team on 1st October 2018 at

Malgund beach. Over 450 people
participated in this voluntary initiative,

including over 100 JSW Energy employees.
The initiative was part of Swachhata Hi

Sewa campaign observed from 15th
September to 2nd October. This

drive received massive support from
JSW Energy Ltd. Ratnagiri the students and local &
practices to do the district administration

employee open forum –
‘Samvad’ every quarter with

the Plant Head to
understand an employee’s

concerns and give a
platform to share new ideas Ratnagiri

and expectations from the
management and get

solution on it.

This quarter ‘Samvad’ was
held on 15th December ’18.
