Maintenance, initially started with “5S, 6 SIGMA, and ISO
Ratnagiri standard practices” and now growing up
with “TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT” which
open up huge platform for new ideas.

I am working with JSW group for last I heartily give message to all women’s as
nine years. they are so strong: Don’t feel yourself as a

a professional and as a woman. your strengths; you are strong enough to
handle all situations.
When I joined JSW group, somewhere I had
fear that it will be very difficult and Don’t limit yourself, GO limitless and fly as
challenging to work in such a huge high as U can. Surely U’ll shock Everyone,
Organisation and also as a lady. But after But importantly, U’ll Shock Urself.
joining at every step I have loosen my fear
because I got a very co-operative and
helpful team and a best Organisation as
they always motivated me to step forward.
I also completed a certificate course
which was provided by JSW energy and
got the job in JSW Ratnagiri. Along with the
job I completed HSC from Science stream
and now perusing B.Tech from AMIE which
is of a great worth for me.
