ENGAGEMENT

                            Employee Open Forum


































        Another session of  open  house  forum

        common        known      as    SAMVAD       was
        organized in the month of January, in

        Ratnagiri, Barmer and Sholtu.
        In a rich and open communication with the

        respective plant head’s and HR head’s,
        employees opened up themselves and

        discussed the concerns related to their
        professional life, work culture and also to

        share new ideas and expectations with
        the senior management. The issues were

        keenly heard and was well responded by
        the management.
