She was crowned the 'Rising Star of the Year' award in the United World Wrestling (UWW) Awards for 2023.

Lond-distance runner Parul Chaudhary will be featuring in the 3000m Steeplechase and the 5000m competitions at the Paris Olympics, as the only Indian Track and Field athlete to feature in two events at this edition of the Olympiad.
She was the first Indian runner to mark a sub-9 minute time (8:57.19) in the women’s 3000m, breaking the National Record in 2022 at the Sound Running Sunset Tour 1 in Los Angeles.

In 2023, Jyothika became the Indian national champion in the 400m with a time of 53.26 seconds.
