Awards for Excellence in climate change Mitigation & Adaptation

On October 22, 2016, the Earth Care Awards Jury chaired by Dr Raghunath Mashelkar found 4 applicants (out of the 273 this year) worthy of the awards.

One applicant from Bangladesh has been confirmed for a ‘commendation’.

JSW is proud that its effort has found national and international acceptance as many senior industry and civil society peers are filing their applications.

The new category introduced this year, namely ‘Leadership in Urban Climate Action’ has become popular among urban municipal bodies with many corporations competing this year.
